Associations and Networks of people living with HIV and AIDS Around the World
Being connected with other individuals living with HIV and AIDS can be a powerful source of support and an important resource. Below is a list of sites sponsored by communities of people living with HIV.

  • Global Network of People Living With Aids(GNP+)
    The Global Network of people living with HIV/AIDS (GNP+) is a global network for and by people with HIV/AIDS.
    The overall aim of GNP+ is to work to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS. This is achieved by helping to build the capacity of people with HIV/AIDS on the global, regional and national level.
  • International Community of Women Living With HIV/AIDS (ICW).
    The only international network which strives to share with the global community the experiences, views and contributions of 19 million incredible women worldwide, who are also HIV positive.
  • Living with HIV/AIDS
    A forum for people living with HIV on Aidsmed.com with several topic areas related to treatment issues.
  • PWHA-Net
    This online network is hosted and managed by Health and Development Networks. HDN also hosts other excellent e-forums through their site, such as Stigma-AIDS, Gender-AIDS, and regional networks.
  • AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth, and Families
    AIDS Alliance is a forum for consumers and care providers to create and share information about programmes that work. They are dedicated to ensuring that women, children, youth, and families affected by HIV/AIDS and their care providers are heard in the public debate on AIDS. Their vision is that no voice be diminished in spirit or volume because of age, race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.
